Shipping & Handling
We are a bake to order business that ships throughout the USA. Your order takes 5 - 7 days to process because all of our artisan desserts have a multi-day development process. For large events, special orders or any purchase that you want on a specific date, send us an email us with the best time to connect with you so that we can discuss feasibility options.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and then another notice once your order has shipped with your tracking details.
We try to ship our orders out via FedEx on Mondays to prevent your BBA package from being held in a shipping facility over a weekend. None of our desserts require refrigeration (in fact, we NEVER suggest putting our products in the fridge or microwave).
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so you will need to use the street address of a post office if that's the only way a recipient can receive the mail.
We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of FedEx whether they will leave your package without a signature. If signature is waived, BBA cannot be responsible if package is lost, stolen or damaged.
Special events orders in the Greater Rochester area may be sent by courier or available by special arrangement. Please contact us (orders@bakedbyadelina.com) to discuss.
Right now our site only accepts one shipping address per order.
If you have a large order (more than 10 items) that you want us to arrange to ship to multiple addresses for you, contact us via the Contact Us page or via email and we will be happy to arrange this function (and of course, we include custom messages in every order).

Because our desserts are perishable, we aren't able to accept returns.
However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please email us (orders@bakedbyadelina.com) and let us know what's going on.
The order minimum of $50 allows us to effectively manage our bake days and order fulfillment. If and when we can accept all orders without a minimum amount, we will let you know- thanks for your patience and understanding while we launch and scale for success!
